My Fav Immunity Boosting Tips
Here are a few ways to boost your immunity:
Add juices you your morning routine- a fresh green juice (with ginger) is a great way to boost your immunity first thing in the AM.
Drink bone broth- add garlic, oil of oregano, lemon & ginger.
Some of my fav supplements for immune support are Elderberry, Zinc & oil of oregano. Also, NAC is a great addition because it helps with free radical protection.
Eat foods that will benefit you (fresh veggies, lean proteins & healthy fats) and avoid ones that can hurt you (fast + processed foods & sugar).
Get your zzz’s! Rest is the best way to reset your body!
Stay hydrated! Remember to drink tons of water throughout the day.
Be preventative by sanitizing devices you use daily (phone, computer/ keyboard, etc.), doorknobs, appliances & surfaces at home, limit public transportation if possible and if not, then be conscious of your surroundings (coughing & sneezing people).
