Tips I Used to Help Me Give Up Coffee

Giving up coffee is a little more difficult this time around... so I wanted to share the baby steps I’m taking:

  • I’m only having a cup when I want it, not because it’s a part of my routine.

  • I’m limiting myself to only 1 cup a day, no matter how tired I am.

  • If I need a pick me up in the afternoon, I’ll make a matcha latte with a side of fruit for sugar.

  • Most importantly, I’m not being hard on myself. There are worse things we can be addicted to!
