Broccoli Spinach Bites
What you’ll need:
+ 1 head of broccoli
+ handful of spinach, chopped
+ 1 egg (can sub chia or flax egg)
+ 1/4 cup almond flour
+ 2 garlic cloves, minced
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
+ S&P to taste
+ optional 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (could be vegan cheese as well)
How to:
+ preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
+ steam or boil broccoli, drain the water and transfer to a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth
+ add all the ingredients above and mix well
+ using your hands, form little patties, as pictured
+ bake for about 10-15 min
