Healthy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies
What you’ll need:
1 egg
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup almond butter (preferably creamy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of sea salt
How to:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, whisk egg.
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a spoon or scooper, place evenly sized ball shaped batter 1/2-1 inch apart. The cookies will flatten out slightly when baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
