Chocolate Superfood Overnight Oats with Raspberry Chia Jam
If you’re always on the go, then this recipe should be a staple for you! It keeps you full for hours with the perfect combination of complex carbs, healthy fats and fiber. It also contains tons of antioxidants and nutrients to nourish your body and feel your best!
Overnight oats:
1/2 cup dairy-free milk (use unsweetened almond by Malk)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tbsp sprouted chia/flax powder (optional, but great for extra fiber)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in mason jar or tupperware, stir well and refrigerate overnight!
Raspberry Chia Jam
1 package frozen raspberries
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey (I prefer Manuka) or maple syrup if vegan
1 tsp coconut oil
In a small skillet, heat coconut oil and combine all ingredients.
Simmer on low heat for about 3-5 min.
Let sit for a few min or refrigerate until consistently becomes thicker.
