Chocolate Superfood Overnight Oats

Overnight oats:

 


Raspberry Chia Jam

  • 1 package frozen raspberries

  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (I prefer Manuka) or maple syrup if vegan

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Chocolate Superfood Overnight Oats

 

  • In a small skillet, heat coconut oil and combine all ingredients.

  • Simmer on low heat for about 3-5 min.

  • Let sit for a few min or refrigerate until consistently becomes thicker.

  • Enjoy!
