Shishito Peppers
What you’ll need:
1 package of shishito peppers
2-3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp coconut aminos
12 lemon
1 tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of sea salt
How to:
In a medium/ large skillet, heat sesame oil and add shishito peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
Add 1/2 lemon, squeezed and coconut aminos. Continue to sauté for another few minutes until the peppers become softer and some turn a golden color.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sea salt and sesame seeds.
Enjoy as a snack or side dish!
