Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients:
1.5 cup Health Warrior Protein Powder (I used vanilla)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
Handful chopped walnuts
Handful carob or dark chocolate chips
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash more of almond milk or water at a time until it becomes like cookie dough.
Roll the "dough" into palm sized balls and refrigerate
